Students · So they can feel they are making progress with their own learning. · So they know what they can do and what they need to work at. · Set some goals for themselves. · They need oral feedback about their work. · Motivation is necessary to keep them active in participation. · Family · To be a part of the childs learning. · To give appropriate encouragement and help with the motivation. · Feedback so they know in what things the child is improving/dropping their learning. · A lesson plan of what the student is going to see during the week. Principal · To determine if the teacher is doing a good job managing the class. · Surveys so he can be aware of the work I am doing with the children. Teacher · Planning the things we will see in class, based on what the children know and what they can do. · Not overlooking anyone. · Meet the learners need. · Background information of each student (language knowledge). · Surveys of the class the principal may need to improve teaching. · Make sure to cover the goals of each unit.
